Nat\u00fcrliche Polymere k\u00f6nnen chemisch aus biologischen Materialien synthetisiert oder von lebenden Organismen biosynthetisiert werden. <\/p><p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 500;\">Sie bestehen aus monomeren Einheiten, die durch kovalente Bindungen miteinander verbunden sind. Diese monomeren Einheiten bilden gr\u00f6\u00dfere Molek\u00fcle. Da Biopolymere aus lebenden Organismen wie Pflanzen und Mikroben stammen, sind sie eine erneuerbare Ressource mit biologischer Abbaubarkeit.  <\/p><p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 500;\">Im Allgemeinen sind Biopolymere hochgradig biologisch abbaubar. Deshalb werden sie auch in verschiedenen Bereichen eingesetzt. Sektoren, die an der Herstellung von Biopolymeren interessiert sind, sind die Lebensmittel- und biomedizinische Industrie. Biopolymere sind vielversprechende Materialien aufgrund ihrer Eigenschaften. Zum Beispiel H\u00e4ufigkeit in Rohstoffen, Biokompatibilit\u00e4t und einzigartige Eigenschaften wie Nicht-Toxizit\u00e4t.
