Cette semaine, nous vous pr\u00e9sentons l\u2019un de ces professionnels, Bart Bosma, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 62 ans. De nombreuses ann\u00e9es \u00e0 Jongia<\/h2>

Avant d\u2019entrer dans l\u2019arm\u00e9e, Bart a termin\u00e9 le MTS \u00e0 Sneek. Apr\u00e8s son service militaire, Bart a rejoint Jongia Mixing Technology en 1985 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 25 ans. Il a commenc\u00e9 comme m\u00e9canicien puis, au fil des ann\u00e9es, est devenu leader de la production en 2005. Jusqu\u2019en 2015, Bart a occup\u00e9 des postes de manager de production et d\u2019assistant responsable de production. <\/p>

\u00ab J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 comme m\u00e9canicien et ce travail me convenait bien. On a des d\u00e9fis et on fait un beau produit, j\u2019aime vraiment le travail et les coll\u00e8gues, et j\u2019aime aussi la taille de cette entreprise. C\u2019est une entreprise o\u00f9 tout le monde se conna\u00eet. J\u2019ai un poste o\u00f9 je peux aussi m\u2019entendre avec tout le monde. Je ne suis pas dans un certain \u00e9tat o\u00f9 je suis isol\u00e9 seul. J\u2019interagis vraiment avec tout le monde. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>

Ce que Bart aime dans le fait de travailler chez Jongia Mixing Technology, c\u2019est que vous fabriquez r\u00e9ellement vos propres produits. Il ne s\u2019ennuie jamais : \u00ab Le travail n\u2019est jamais ennuyeux, les jours passent toujours \u00e0 toute vitesse. Parfois, vous travaillez sur une seule chose et 4 autres arrivent. En attendant, tu es d\u00e9j\u00e0 occup\u00e9 avec toutes sortes de choses dans ta t\u00eate.<\/em> \u00bb <\/p>

Les responsabilit\u00e9s actuelles de Bart incluent l\u2019organisation du sablage et de la peinture des pi\u00e8ces avant leur assemblage. Mais ses principales responsabilit\u00e9s incluent \u00e9galement l\u2019assemblage, le transport maritime et l\u2019organisation du transport. Sur ce, Bart est le \u00ab dernier \u0153il \u00bb au moment o\u00f9 les produits sont emball\u00e9s et pr\u00eats pour l\u2019exp\u00e9dition. De plus, il effectue r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des missions ou des missions pour le service public. De cette fa\u00e7on, Bart interagit avec de nombreuses personnes diff\u00e9rentes et en tire beaucoup de satisfaction. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Magnifiques d\u00e9veloppements<\/h2>

En 37 ans de travail chez Jongia Mixing Technology, Bart a observ\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9veloppements que l\u2019entreprise a connus.<\/p>

Bart dit qu\u2019auparavant peu de choses ont chang\u00e9, mais que c\u2019est diff\u00e9rent maintenant, il dit : \u00ab Si vous n\u2019investissez pas, vous restez au m\u00eame niveau. Vous voyez que lorsque cela arrive, cela produit effectivement de beaux d\u00e9veloppements comme attirer une nouvelle cha\u00eene de march\u00e9 et recevoir de grosses commandes. Puis la boule commence \u00e0 rouler et tout le monde retrouve une nouvelle \u00e9nergie. Regarde autour de toi, \u00e0 quoi \u00e7a ressemble maintenant. Ce qui \u00e9tait autrefois un ancien garage est aujourd\u2019hui un \u00ab Centre Technologique \u00bb moderne et l\u2019atelier ainsi que les bureaux qui sont modernis\u00e9s pour en faire un lieu de travail agr\u00e9able et spacieux.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00ab Je n\u2019ai pas de passe-temps pr\u00e9cis mais je m\u2019amuse toujours ! \u00bb<\/h3>

Avec sa femme Marieke et l\u2019un de ses cinq enfants, Bart vit \u00e0 Leeuwarden depuis 37 ans et profite de son \u00ab joli grand jardin \u00bb.
Pendant son temps libre, Bart ne reste pas tranquille. En plus de suivre ses pas sur son podom\u00e8tre (Bart marche environ 10 km par jour \u00e0 Jongia), il aime faire de la randonn\u00e9e et pratique le Boga, un m\u00e9lange de boxe et de yoga. \u00ab J\u2019ai 62 ans maintenant et je me sens toujours tr\u00e8s en forme. Bien s\u00fbr, c\u2019est aussi parce que je n\u2019ai pas de travail s\u00e9dentaire. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>
