Par cons\u00e9quent, le recyclage et la r\u00e9utilisation des batteries lithium-ion usag\u00e9es ont re\u00e7u de plus en plus d\u2019attention de la part de nombreux chercheurs.   <\/em><\/h4><p>Cependant, en raison de la forte densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et du faible prix des batteries lithium-ion, qui pr\u00e9sentent de grandes diff\u00e9rences et de diversit\u00e9, le recyclage des batteries lithium-ion us\u00e9es pr\u00e9sente de grandes difficult\u00e9s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-2215025 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2215025\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c748fbb\" data-id=\"c748fbb\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ffc76ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ffc76ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Outre le mat\u00e9riau qui peut \u00eatre r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par recyclage, l\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte contenu dans les LIB contient \u00e9galement des substances nocives, telles que des solvants organiques et des sels de lithium contenant du fluor, qui peuvent causer de graves dommages \u00e0 l\u2019environnement.<\/p><p>Par cons\u00e9quent, si les lib\u00e9raux d\u00e9pens\u00e9s sont directement mis en place dans l\u2019environnement, cela provoquera une catastrophe environnementale irr\u00e9versible. En raison du processus d\u2019assemblage complexe des LIB et de la grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9lectrodes, cela repr\u00e9sente un grand danger pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de la batterie. L\u2019explosion, la combustion et les gaz toxiques provoqu\u00e9s dans le processus de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration peuvent facilement causer des victimes.  <\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9duire ce risque, les LIBs usag\u00e9es doivent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00eatre <strong>d\u00e9charg\u00e9es<\/strong> avant d\u2019\u00eatre recycl\u00e9es. Les processus physiques incluent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le pr\u00e9traitement et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration directe des mat\u00e9riaux d\u2019\u00e9lectrodes. Ces proc\u00e9d\u00e9s incluent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong>le d\u00e9montage, le broyage, le tamisage, la s\u00e9paration magn\u00e9tique, le lavage, le traitement thermique, etc<\/strong>.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4452896 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4452896\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>D\u2019abord, les piles doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9mont\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h3><p>Le d\u00e9montage a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement lieu avec des d\u00e9chiqueteurs pour d\u00e9composer les batteries et s\u00e9parer la masse noire, qui est ensuite filtr\u00e9e, lav\u00e9e et s\u00e9ch\u00e9e pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res pr\u00e9cieuses, telles que le lithium, le cobalt ou le graphite.<\/p><p>Il est tr\u00e8s important de comprendre que recycler ces mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, au lieu de simplement jeter de vieilles batteries sur les sites de d\u00e9charge, sauve notre environnement.<\/p><p>L\u2019un des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de recyclage les plus courants des composants actifs est le <strong>proc\u00e9d\u00e9 hydrom\u00e9tallurgique<\/strong>. Ce processus implique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la lixiviation, la s\u00e9paration, l\u2019extraction et la pr\u00e9cipitation chimique\/\u00e9lectrochimique. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2762536 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2762536\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 hydrom\u00e9tallurgique<\/strong><\/h2><p>De nos jours, l\u2019hydrom\u00e9tallurgie est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les LIB apr\u00e8s un pr\u00e9traitement. Selon les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques des mat\u00e9riaux dans les LIB us\u00e9s, y compris la morphologie, la densit\u00e9, le magn\u00e9tisme, etc. Les bo\u00eetiers de batterie trait\u00e9s, \u00e9lectrodes et membranes contenant des \u00e9lectrolytes seront trait\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s hydrom\u00e9tallurgiques et de r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie lors de l\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux d\u2019\u00e9lectrodes de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration hydrom\u00e9tallurgiques ou pyrom\u00e9tallurgiques.  <\/p><p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 hydrom\u00e9tallurgique est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme la m\u00e9thode la plus adapt\u00e9e pour le recyclage des batteries lithium-ion us\u00e9es. Un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 plus flexible et universel sera n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019avenir pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de diff\u00e9rents types de batteries lithium-ion us\u00e9es. Outre les mat\u00e9riaux actifs cathodiques, les autres composants des batteries lithium-ion us\u00e9es, y compris les \u00e9lectrolytes et les mat\u00e9riaux d\u2019anode, doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s en raison de leurs risques environnementaux potentiels.  <\/p><p>L\u2019hydrom\u00e9tallurgie peut \u00eatre d\u00e9finie comme une m\u00e9thode de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des m\u00e9taux utilis\u00e9e pour obtenir des m\u00e9taux \u00e0 partir de minerais et de mati\u00e8res r\u00e9siduelles \u00e0 l\u2019aide de milieux aqueux, en combinant eau, oxyg\u00e8ne et autres r\u00e9actifs chimiques avec ou sans l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un environnement sous pression.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c13bc4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0c13bc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>\u00c9tapes cl\u00e9s du processus<\/strong><\/h3><p>Sch\u00e9ma du processus de recyclage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle industrielle, bas\u00e9 sur les principes du recyclage direct. L\u2019emballage des cellules des Lib est d\u2019abord retir\u00e9 avant que toute la pile de cellules ne soit trait\u00e9e en solution sans s\u00e9paration suppl\u00e9mentaire des composants. Apr\u00e8s m\u00e9lange avec un agitateur appropri\u00e9, une certaine quantit\u00e9 de Li<sub>2<\/sub>CO<sub>3<\/sub>, les pr\u00e9cipitations d\u2019oxalate ainsi que le NCM non r\u00e9agi sont directement calcin\u00e9s en nouvelles cathodes NCM. <strong>Ce processus s\u2019appelle : R\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/strong> <\/p><p>Le NCM r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente les meilleures performances \u00e9lectrochimiques, offrant la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9charge sp\u00e9cifique initiale la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 168 mA h <sup>g\u20131<\/sup> \u00e0 0,2\u00b0C et 153,7 mA h <sup>g\u20131<\/sup> apr\u00e8s 150 cycles avec une capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9tention \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 91,5 %. Les excellentes performances \u00e9lectrochimiques sont attribu\u00e9es aux particules submicrom\u00e9triques et aux vides apr\u00e8s calcination, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la proportion optimale d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet de tirer le meilleur parti des m\u00e9taux pr\u00e9cieux des cathodes us\u00e9es, avec &gt;98,5 % de Ni, Co et Mn recycl\u00e9s.
