Lien entre connaissances th\u00e9oriques et applications pratiques<\/h2>

Il n\u2019y a pas si longtemps, Matijs a finalis\u00e9 ses \u00e9tudes et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler. Il a termin\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9tude de g\u00e9nie chimique sur HBO. \u00ab Apr\u00e8s mes \u00e9tudes, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 sur les flux de traitement des d\u00e9chets (r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de substances et r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts des flux de d\u00e9chets), la technologie des capteurs et au service qualit\u00e9 d\u2019une usine alimentaire, avant de rejoindre Jongia. Dans mon domaine professionnel, j\u2019ai toujours cherch\u00e9 un lien entre connaissances th\u00e9oriques et applications pratiques. Cela rend mon travail plus int\u00e9ressant et plus stimulant. \u00bb<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Au sommet de sa carri\u00e8re<\/h2>

Avant que Matijs ne commence son travail et ne soit autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 envisager une carri\u00e8re dans \u00ab l\u2019industrie de l\u2019agitateur \u00bb, Matijs pensait que la plupart des choses dans cette industrie avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvertes. Les agitateurs existent depuis longtemps, de nombreuses entreprises ont besoin d\u2019un processus optimal et cherchent toujours \u00e0 avoir le meilleur agitateur. \u00bb Apr\u00e8s son introduction \u00e0 Jongia, Matijs a d\u00e9couvert qu\u2019il y avait tant de th\u00e9ories m\u00e9lang\u00e9es et de probl\u00e8mes m\u00e9caniques \u00e0 surmonter, ce qui a chang\u00e9 son avis. \u00ab Il reste encore beaucoup \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir \u00bb, dit-il.<\/p>

\u00ab Il faut beaucoup de travail pour g\u00e9rer une demande de devis\/processus de commande. Tout commence par la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des tailles de cuves et l\u2019application r\u00e9elle du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 du client. Cela n\u00e9cessite une large gamme de connaissances en processus. Pour cette raison, la s\u00e9lection des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de m\u00e9lange, la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments de m\u00e9lange, la taille et la disposition compl\u00e8te sont tous importants et ont un impact sur la conception. Au-dessus de cela, les aspects m\u00e9caniques d\u00e9terminent finalement l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de l\u2019arrangement Agitateur. Il existe de nombreux types d\u2019applications o\u00f9 un agitateur est n\u00e9cessaire. Cela signifie qu\u2019une nouvelle demande peut \u00e9galement aboutir \u00e0 un design d\u00e9sign\u00e9. En regardant vers l\u2019avenir, Matijs est optimiste : \u00ab Comme je viens tout juste de commencer chez Jongia, les nombreux aspects li\u00e9s au choix d\u2019un agitateur me font certainement besoin de temps pour d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences. Cependant, avec la connaissance des opportunit\u00e9s offertes dans cette entreprise, j\u2019ai h\u00e2te de progresser dans ce r\u00f4le. \u00bb<\/p>

\u00ab Avec tous les d\u00e9veloppements au sein de l\u2019entreprise et les nombreux aspects qui n\u00e9cessitent mon attention, je suis tr\u00e8s heureux de recevoir un soutien consid\u00e9rable de la part de mes coll\u00e8gues ing\u00e9nieurs proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, qui ont une si longue exp\u00e9rience dans l\u2019entreprise. Cela va faire avancer mon exp\u00e9rience. Une mentalit\u00e9 pure de gagnant<\/h2>

En plus de sa passion pour ses activit\u00e9s \u00e0 Jongia, Matijs est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s passionn\u00e9 par le jeu de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Matijs est assez cat\u00e9gorique \u00e0 ce sujet : \u00ab Les nombreuses heures que je passe \u00e0 la table avec un jeu (de plateau) sont difficiles \u00e0 calculer. J\u2019aimerais jouer plus longtemps \u00e0 des jeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. L\u2019autre passe-temps de Matijs est le football. Il a accumul\u00e9 de nombreux yards sur le terrain de football et, comme pour les jeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, il aime aussi \u00eatre le gagnant lors des matchs de football. La volont\u00e9 de gagner est toujours l\u00e0 pour Matijs ! Il aime aussi pr\u00e9parer un repas savoureux et dit : \u00ab Cuisiner, c\u2019est en fait comme de la chimie et pr\u00e9parer un morceau de viande \u00e0 la bonne temp\u00e9rature est irr\u00e9sistible. \u00bb Vous voyez donc que la cuisine \u00e0 la maison a certains chevauchements avec le lieu de travail. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les connaissances sont vraiment utiles<\/h3>

Matijs est tr\u00e8s satisfait de l\u2019ambiance de travail \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de Jongia. Il se sentit compl\u00e8tement apais\u00e9 en peu de temps. Les autres coll\u00e8gues de Jongia sont tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9ables \u00e0 c\u00f4toyer. C\u2019est un groupe agr\u00e9able et tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9 avec qui collaborer, certains travaillant chez Jongia depuis longtemps et ayant acquis de nombreuses connaissances au fil des ann\u00e9es.
