L\u2019usine sera agrandie de 1500 m2 et cro\u00eetra d\u2019environ 40 %. La r\u00e9novation des bureaux au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en plein essor. <\/em><\/h4>

Tous les bureaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9s, le nouveau bureau sera un grand espace ouvert. \u00ab Les gens s\u2019envoyaient des mails. Margarine, chocolat, fumier, peinture, sel, p\u00e2te \u00e0 papier, bitume, bio-\u00e9thanol, dentifrice, lotions. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019une fraction. \u00ab Nous aurions pu continuer sur la m\u00eame voie encore 20 ans, mais au final, vous perdez. \u00bb, dit Postma. Il a convaincu les actionnaires que l\u2019entreprise \u00e9tait capable de bien plus et a obtenu le feu vert pour un investissement de plusieurs millions.<\/p>

Nouvelles fa\u00e7ons<\/h2>

Tout a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u de nouveau, comme s\u2019il n\u2019y avait pas d\u2019ancienne usine. Processus de travail, flux de travail, int\u00e9gration de la r\u00e9gulation sanitaire, \u00ab le flux complet, toute la logistique, tout sera bien plus efficace. \u00bb De nouvelles machines seront pr\u00e9vues, trois nouvelles fosses et tours o\u00f9 les agitateurs pourront \u00eatre test\u00e9s, une station de chargement interne, plus de stockage et enfin aussi une salle d\u2019exposition. \u00ab Les anciens directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux ont d\u00e9sherb\u00e9, je vais faire grandir et faire prosp\u00e9rer l\u2019entreprise. \u00bb, dit Postma. Il a pris la t\u00eate il y a quatre ans et a trouv\u00e9 des dessins techniques sur les \u00e9tag\u00e8res des machines les plus incroyables. Ils n\u2019ont jamais vu le jour. H. de Jonge, le fondateur juif qui a fui l\u2019Allemagne en 1937, \u00e9tait un ing\u00e9nieur de premier ordre. Dans la nouvelle configuration, Postma souhaite entrer en contact avec le client \u00e0 une \u00e9tape plus pr\u00e9coce, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir avec les clients aux solutions possibles, \u00e9tablir des liens crois\u00e9s avec d\u2019autres disciplines. \u00ab Nous faisons le passage du produit \u00e0 celui ax\u00e9 sur les processus. Nos priorit\u00e9s principales sont le conseil et l\u2019innovation. \u00bb Et bien s\u00fbr, cela implique la fabrication. Plus la cha\u00eene est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le profit est \u00e9lev\u00e9. Postma, qui a une exp\u00e9rience internationale chez la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 technologique Mitsubishi : \u00ab C\u2019est plus int\u00e9ressant. Tu peux \u00eatre beaucoup plus cr\u00e9atif. Inspirez-vous, prenez des risques. C\u2019est ce que je veux. \u00bb Apr\u00e8s quoi il explique l\u2019existence d\u2019une entreprise qui veut agiter les insectes. Innovation<\/h3>

Enthousiaste : La semaine prochaine, nous pr\u00e9senterons lors d\u2019une exposition avec notre nouveau m\u00e9langeur magn\u00e9tique. Nous construirons un bassin avec une fen\u00eatre et le remplirons d\u2019eau et de confettis. Ainsi, les visiteurs peuvent voir exactement comment les parents se d\u00e9roulent. Si \u00e7a va marcher, on ne sait pas, mais on y va ! \u00bb Le point fort de cette nouvelle table de mixage ? Elle est garantie \u00e0 100 % exempte de bact\u00e9ries et constitue donc un atout potentiel dans l\u2019industrie alimentaire ultra hygi\u00e9nique. La nouvelle fa\u00e7on de travailler entra\u00eenera un chiffre d\u2019affaires suppl\u00e9mentaire de 30 % en deux ans, pr\u00e9voit le directeur. Aussi parce que \u00ab Leeuwarden \u00bb travaillera davantage pour ses partenaires allemandes et italiennes Heinkel, Comber et Bolz. De plus, le quatuor deviendra plus actif en Asie et y ouvrira une salle d\u2019assembl\u00e9e dont Jongia sera fournie. Si les plans aboutissent, Postma pr\u00e9voit d\u2019avoir besoin de dix employ\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>
