Veel onderzoekers besteden daarom steeds meer aandacht aan de recycling en het hergebruik van gebruikte lithium-ionbatterijen.   <\/em><\/h4><p>Vanwege de hoge energiedichtheid, de hoge veiligheid en de lage prijs van lithium-ionbatterijen bestaan er echter grote verschillen en diversiteit, waardoor de recycling van afgedankte lithium-ionbatterijen grote moeilijkheden ondervindt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-2215025 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2215025\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-c748fbb\" data-id=\"c748fbb\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ffc76ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ffc76ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Naast het materiaal dat door middel van recycling kan worden geregenereerd, bevat de elektrolyt in de LIB&#8217;s ook schadelijke stoffen, zoals organische oplosmiddelen en fluorhoudende lithiumzouten, die grote schade aan het milieu kunnen toebrengen.<\/p><p>Als verbruikte Lib&#8217;s rechtstreeks in het milieu terechtkomen, zal dat een onomkeerbare milieuramp veroorzaken. Vanwege het complexe assemblageproces van LIB&#8217;s en de grote verscheidenheid aan elektroden, brengt dit een groot gevaar met zich mee voor het herstel van de batterij. De explosie, de verbranding en het giftige gas die bij het herstelproces ontstaan, maken gemakkelijk slachtoffers.  <\/p><p>Om dit risico te beperken, moeten gebruikte LIB&#8217;s gewoonlijk worden <strong>ontladen<\/strong> voordat zij worden gerecycleerd. Fysieke processen omvatten gewoonlijk voorbehandeling en directe terugwinning van elektrodematerialen. Deze processen omvatten gewoonlijk <strong>demontage, breken, zeven, magnetische scheiding, wassen, warmtebehandeling, enz.<\/strong>  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4452896 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4452896\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>Eerst moeten de batterijen worden gedemonteerd<\/strong><\/h3><p>Ontmanteling vindt gewoonlijk plaats met shredders om de batterijen af te breken en de zwarte massa te scheiden, die later wordt gefilterd, gewassen en gedroogd om waardevolle grondstoffen zoals lithium, kobalt of grafiet terug te winnen.<\/p><p>Zeer belangrijk om te begrijpen is dat het recyclen van deze grondstoffen in plaats van het simpelweg dumpen van oude batterijen op stortplaatsen, ons milieu spaart.<\/p><p>Een van de meest gebruikelijke recyclingprocessen voor de actieve materiaalcomponenten is het <strong>hydrometallurgische proces<\/strong>. Dit proces omvat gewoonlijk uitloging, scheiding, extractie en chemische \/ elektrochemische neerslag. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2762536 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2762536\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><strong>Hydrometallurgisch proces<\/strong><\/h2><p>Tegenwoordig wordt hydrometallurgie meestal gebruikt om LIB&#8217;s terug te winnen na voorbehandeling. Volgens de fysische eigenschappen van de materialen in de gebruikte LIB&#8217;s, waaronder morfologie, dichtheid, en magnetisme, enz. De behandelde batterijhouders, elektroden en membranen met elektrolyten zullen afzonderlijk worden behandeld om de veiligheid en het terugwinningspercentage van hydrometallurgische processen te verbeteren en het energieverbruik bij het gebruik van hydrometallurgische of pyrometallurgische terugwinningselektrodematerialen te verminderen.  <\/p><p>Het hydrometallurgisch proces wordt beschouwd als de meest geschikte methode voor de recycling van gebruikte lithium-ionbatterijen. In de toekomst is een flexibeler en universeler proces nodig voor de terugwinning van verschillende soorten gebruikte lithium-ionbatterijen. Naast kathode-actieve materialen moeten ook de andere componenten van gebruikte lithium-ionbatterijen, waaronder elektrolyt en anodematerialen, worden teruggewonnen vanwege hun potenti\u00eble gevaren voor het milieu.  <\/p><p>Hydrometallurgie kan worden gedefinieerd als een methode voor het terugwinnen van metalen uit ertsen en afvalmaterialen met behulp van waterige media door het combineren van water, zuurstof en andere chemische reagentia, al dan niet in een omgeving onder druk.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c13bc4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0c13bc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>Belangrijkste processtappen<\/strong><\/h3><p>Schema van de recyclingprocedure op industri\u00eble schaal, gebaseerd op de beginselen van directe recycling. De celverpakking van de Lib&#8217;s wordt eerst verwijderd voordat de hele celstapel wordt verwerkt in een oplossing zonder verdere scheiding van de componenten. Copyright 2018 Elsevier.  <\/em><\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8cc173a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8cc173a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Bij het oplossen van lithium in de oplossing veranderen de overgangsmetalen in oxalaatneerslagen en zetten zich af op het oppervlak van gebruikte NCM-kathoden, waardoor lithium en overgangsmetalen in \u00e9\u00e9n eenvoudige stap worden gescheiden. Na het mengen met een geschikte roeraar worden een bepaalde hoeveelheid Li2<sub>CO3<\/sub>,<sub> de oxalaatprecipitaten samen met niet-gereageerde NCM direct gecalcineerd tot nieuwe NCM-kathodes. <strong>Dit proces heet: Regeneratie.<\/strong><\/sub><\/p><p>Regenereerde NCM vertoont de beste elektrochemische prestaties en levert de hoogste initi\u00eble specifieke ontladingscapaciteit van 168 mA h g<sup>\u20131<\/sup> bij 0,2\u00b0C en 153,7 mA h g<sup>\u20131<\/sup> na 150 cycli met een hoge capaciteitsretentie van 91,5%. De uitstekende elektrochemische prestaties worden toegeschreven aan de submicrometer deeltjes en holtes na calcinatie, alsmede aan de optimale verhouding van de elementen. Met dit proces kunnen waardevolle metalen in de gebruikte kathoden optimaal worden benut, waarbij &gt;98,5% Ni, Co en Mn wordt gerecycleerd. Het is eenvoudig en doeltreffend, en biedt een nieuw perspectief voor de recycling van kathoden uit gebruikte LIB&#8217;s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-da3164d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"da3164d\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-febef4a\" data-id=\"febef4a\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f2be1d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f2be1d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>Jongia Mixing Technology is betrokken geweest bij veel recyclingprojecten van Lib en heeft met succes veel Agitators en Mixers geleverd voor deze toepassingen.<\/strong><\/h4><p>Dit dankzij de jarenlange ervaring die Jongia heeft opgedaan met vele partijen in de recycling- en regeneratie-industrie.
