As Finance & Procurement Manager, you preserve Jongia’s financial health and guide its growth. You lead both departments, ensure solid reporting, and align processes with our project-based operations. As a strategic partner to the CEO, you turn business goals into financial direction while keeping the supply chain efficient and compliant.

Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent.
- +10 years in financial and procurement roles within an industrial or project-based environment
(e.g. CAPEX/EPC) - Proven leadership with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Finance and Procurement teams.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly/annual reports.
- Manage cash flow, treasury and financing matters.
- Develop and monitor purchasing strategy and supplier relations.
- Negotiate with banks, auditors, and strategic partners.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Drive cost optimization and risk management initiatives.
- Act as strategic advisor to the executive team on financial and contractual issues.
