We are looking for a:
Human resources manager M/F (part-time)
Job scope and responsibilities:
- Manage employment contracts and HR documentation, including drafting, updating and compliance with Dutch labor laws and the Metal Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Manage sick and absence reports, including follow-up with employees, supervisors and external partners in accordance with legal requirements.
- Organize and support the annual appraisal process, including planning, documentation and supporting managers with appraisal materials.
- Performs general HR administration such as managing personnel files, supporting onboarding/offboarding, preparing payroll input and answering HR-related questions.
Required Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Dutch labor law (Employment Law) and the Metal Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Demonstrated experience in HR administration, preferably within an SME environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional communication skills; Dutch and English required.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
