This reactor setup from Veenbrink RVS, equipped with Jongia agitators, forms the foundation for polymer production. The system is applied in an ATEX classified zone: the equipment zone 1 IIB T2, whilst the space itself is designated as zone 2 IIB T2. Furthermore, the reactor setup meets the highest hygienic requirements.

- Mixing technology for highly viscous media up to 200,000 cP.
- Applied mixing elements in hygienic design
- High-grade finishing: electrolytically polished (Ra<0.4 µm).
- Equipped with all desired attachments in terms of filters, sight glasses, lighting, sampling points, (pneumatic) valves, rupture discs and spring safety devices for pressure monitoring.
- Fitted with electrical systems and instrumentation: from control panels to all instruments for registering temperatures, pressures and levels.
- Fully Automated with local control
- Fully ATEX classified zone.
This installation is a typical example of the collaboration between a system integrator, in this case Veenbrink RVS, and Jongia Mixing Technology.

Jongia designs and produces taylor-made agitators in the desired specification of the end user. The expertise of Jongia combined with the expertise of the system integrator. Such collaborations are essential for an end product that can perform at the highest level!
Because each process installation with agitators has different applications under changing conditions, it is of great importance that Jongia can contribute to the design, implementation and performance of the custom-made agitators.
