This reactor setup from Veenbrink RVS, equipped with Jongia agitators, forms the foundation for polymer production. The system is applied in an ATEX classified zone: the equipment zone 1 IIB T2, whilst the space itself is designated as zone 2 IIB T2. Furthermore, the reactor setup meets the highest hygienic requirements.

This installation is a typical example of the collaboration between a system integrator, in this case Veenbrink RVS, and Jongia Mixing Technology.
Jongia designs and produces taylor-made agitators in the desired specification of the end user. The expertise of Jongia combined with the expertise of the system integrator. Such collaborations are essential for an end product that can perform at the highest level!
