Jongia Mixing Technology is now integrated into the De Dietrich Process Systems’ OptiMix Reactor & Agitator System.
The OptiMix® Reactor & Agitator is an exclusive product range from De Dietrich, designed to perform in the most hazardous environments. Its enamel coating offers a reliable anti-corrosion layer, making cleaning easy.
With Jongia now part of De Dietrich, it not only gains access to the OptiMix system but also contributes to advancing mixing technology within the OptiMix Reactor & Agitator System.
The OptiMix agitator features three-bladed mixing elements secured to the shaft by a patented system called Glaslock. Each reactor includes three integrated baffles, optimizing mixing performance in glass-lined steel reactors.
This setup significantly improves mixture capacity and heat transfer compared to standard DIN series reactors. All nozzles remain free, optimizing hydrodynamics through enhanced baffling. The paddle profile prevents crystal accumulation, especially during crystallization, meeting industry needs for efficiency, cleanability, and reduced dead zones.
