Besides all the activities within Jongia Mixing Technology, it is important that the employees enjoy going to work. Partly by using the talents of the employees, this should be made possible. Aukje Castelein on behalf of Energie|Fabriek came to tell a few things about this at Jongia Mixing Technology.
Staff members listened attentively to Aukje Castelein. She told us about the DISC, Teams and Values profile (3D). This provides awareness and insight information into the preferences in behaviour, communication, task and thinking that differ for each employee. It also measures ideals and hidden motivators.
The 3D-method provides insight information into how we naturally act, react and communicate. How we usually get motivated and which environment we prefer. And also what our focus is and how we would like to be treated.
The total information in the analysis creates awareness of preferences. It gives insight into how to communicate, what talents are there and what motivates an employee. That’s why everyone who participates fills in the analyses. From these, preferred styles become apparent. As a team, we discuss these styles with each other.
The purpose is for employees to gain more insights into their own style of communication. In addition, it is also important to see how other styles react, allowing them to understand why a colleague acts differently. The styles can be used in communication, organisation and cooperation. Something Jongia Mixing Technology pays a lot of attention to. In addition, it delivers better results, more time, fun and energy!
We hope that the tools can be applicable and help us move forward within our team!
Of course we would like to thank Aukje Castelein from Energie|Fabriek for her helping us!
